The Baseball in Wartime project is very much a labor of love. It is a realization of a vision I have had for many years - a complete and detailed source of information on baseball in World War II, and a memorial to all those ballplayers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Creating such a web site takes a great deal of time, and my passion for the game and its veterans ensures I find the time to develop the project on an almost daily basis. However, research costs and hosting such a website is expensive.
